New £16 million leisure centre refurbishment with additional new 8 lane 50m swimming pool with central boom and movable floors with spectator seating, dance studios, fitness suite, health suite and squash courts and refurbished 10 court sports hall. The project also included external changing facilities, a refurbished athletics track, external works and drainage design. Opened in September 2015.
