16 to 20 Shorts Gardens, Covent Garden

Renovation of a Grade II Listed Victorian warehouse building in Covent Garden comprising some 1,200sqm of gross internal office floor area. The project involved the knocking through of the two addresses into five high quality offices over three floors.

Care has been taken to emphasise the building’s original features and its 19thC industrial heritage. The building has been refurbished to Category A ‘Plus’ standard.
