The Tobacco Dock Hotel project involves the construction of a new 4 star hotel next to the grade II listed tobacco dock in east London. The new hotel will provide a destination bar, restaurant and cafe opening out to a new piazza which will promote use and activity by the wider public. An adjoining apart-hotel will be located alongside Wapping Lane. The design will incorporate transfer structures below the main bedroom accommodation and unique façade features to allow views though to the listed church.
