Alphabeta Building Finsbury Square

The first ramp in London that allows cyclists to ride from street level to basement cycle store. Winner of the refurbished & recycled category at the BCO Awards 2016 for London and South East.

This complex refurbishment project involved the infill of internal and external atria and a roof extension. This maximised the lettable floor area and transformed a dated building into a contemporary, desirable office space. 

The development includes a variety of features:

• Nine-story atrium with perspective meeting room pods 

• The Court is available for recreational activities 

• Roof-top terrace with panoramic views across London
