A £25m office refurbishment and extension in a constrained Central London site.
This was a £25m office refurbishment and extension in a constrained Central London site. The existing H shaped building was retained and in-filled. A new steel structure created an additional 8,300 sq m2 ft of office space. An additional 3 storeys were constructed above the existing structure so weight had to be kept to a minimum on this design.
