Extensive office refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Georgian building for the Portman Estate.
Works involved repairs and strengthening of internal floors, reconfiguration of internal walls and construction of a new external roof terrace. The outcome is a regenerated mixed use commercial building with office space, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
