The redevelopment of the 1970s former Marylebone Police Station for the Portman Estate provided a multi-functioning building with 48,200 sq. ft. of commercial and office space over seven floors, 24 residential units, and community-use space facing Bryanston Street.
Located on Seymour Street in Marylebone, this building was expertly designed by Eric Parry Architects, with Furness Partnership serving as the structural engineer and Galliford Try as the main contractor. The project adheres to the highest sustainability standards, excelling in energy performance, responsible material selection, and ethical procurement practices. As a result, it has earned a prestigious BREEAM Outstanding rating, reflecting its commitment to environmental excellence.
