Z Hotels at Gloucester Place

Furness Partnership has been involved in the extensive refurbishment of six Grade II listed Georgian townhouses along Gloucester Place for The Portman Estate.

Working closely with Fielden & Mawson Architects and the operator Z Hotels we have upgraded the existing buildings to form new modern hotel rooms and associated facilities. This works undertaken involved substantial repairs and alterations to structure that included new lifts, lateral conversions and extensive framing to allow new services to punctuate the buildings.
