The redevelopment of the 1970’s former Marylebone Police Station for the Portman Estate to provide a multi functioning building offering 48,200 sq. ft. of commercial and office space over 7 floors, as well as 24 residential units and community use space facing Bryanston Street.
The building, which forms part of Seymour Street in Marylebone, was designed by Eric Parry Architects with Furness Partnership as Structural Engineer and Galliford Try as a main contractor.
It meets the highest standards of sustainability in terms of energy performance, responsible specification and procurement of materials to receive a BREAM outstanding rating
