This £22m project compromised of 3 phases, the first involved the refurbishment of an existing office building into 144, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments along with a roof top apartment extension. The second phase is on site and comprises of the demolition of an existing factory block and the construction of a modular 3 storey timber frame building and the 3rd phase will be the construction of a new 4 storey apartment block on the grounds to complete a total of 326 new apartments. Advice was taken from English Heritage to ensure some of the existing art deco features were retained as sections of the existing office building were listed.
