The completion of Riverhills Health Club & Spa

We are delighted to see the completion of Riverhills Health Club & Spa. A former classical country house with leisure and health facility constructed during the 1990s was significantly damaged by a fire in 2023, forcing immediate closure for the whole facility.

We were then called upon to support our client, Mosaic Group in the opportunity to provide one of Suffolk’s leading day spa’s. The project included a part rebuild and refurbishment as parts of the building were deemed irreparably damaged. We were able to reuse the existing pool tank, concrete pad foundations and partial use of steel frames.

The facilities comprise;

  • a 4-lane state of the art hydrotherapy pool

  • spa pool

  • relaxation area

  • modern studio and health suite
