Update on Faircharm Creative Quarter

The large scale mixed-use/residential redevelopment project in Lewisham reaches its final stage.

The new residential blocks 1&2 have been almost completed with the scaffolding taken down and only minor finishing works to be done.  The concrete frame of residential blocks 3&4 has been constructed and cladding is being installd together with the works continuing on internally.

The restoration work on the existing warehouses is nearly completed too, with only small finishing touches required to the shell and new feature stairs and walkways to be installed. We are looking forward to the start of the work on the external finishes which will transform this forgotten corner of Deptford Creek to an appealing and vibrant live/work spaces.

The Faircharm Creative Quarter is a complex £40 million redevelopment that aims to deliver a mix of creative space and 148 new homes to the Deptford area in Lewisham Borough of South East London.

The scheme comprises of the restoration of two industrial buildings and the building of four new residential tower blocks ranging from 6 to 12 storeys.
