Winner of the best Commercial Building in the Local Authority Building Control Excellence Awards 2019.
This project involved the construction of the UK’s largest offshore wind operations and maintenance hub. The hub included a comprehensive marine coordination centre capable of providing 24-7 service to offshore operations across the UK and beyond.
The project consisted of a new warehouse and office which were linked to the existing building which also underwent refurbishment.
The new buildings consisted of a braced steel frame and concrete floor. Obstructions in ground required an extensive remediation and drainage strategy.
