6-8 Luke Street

Delighted to share the completion of a commercial project, 6-8 Luke Street in Shoreditch.

We were involved in the refurbishment of the existing warehouse building for the new office space,
Structural works included:
- Supporting the new ground floor slab opening to allow for a new spiral staircase.
- Enhancing the reception are with new composite slab infill and opening with the elevation.
- Improved roof access with design of a new staircase
- Installation of a green roof, plant enclosure and PV panels.
