Furness Partnership has completed the extensive refurbishment of three adjoining Georgian townhouses for The Portman Estate in Marylebone.

The basement and ground floors were rearranged to create a new open plan retail space. On the upper levels four spacious modern apartments replace an assortment of small flats. The façade of the building remains the same with newly painted shopfronts and re-decorated windows.
