Delighted to showcase the winner of the 2024 Wood Awards Ireland Small-Scale Building category – Teach Sprúis!
Furness were appointed by G-Frame to design the superstructure. The superstructure is formed almost exclusively of timber products, CLT panels used in conjunction with Glulam columns and beams, and exposed timber joists. Resulting in the gorgeous terrace house, built to passive house standards.
